California Pools Franchise Inc. · Effective July 21, 2026 · Version 2026-07-21-v2
This Privacy Policy describes how California Pools Franchise Inc., a Wyoming corporation with its principal place of business in Dripping Springs, Texas ("Company," "we," or "us"), collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information in connection with the California Pools Command Center platform (the "Platform"). It applies to authorized users of the Platform. Consumer leads whose information is entered into the Platform are generally served by the relevant local franchise location, and this policy addresses that context where noted.
We use information to: (a) provide, operate, and maintain the Platform; (b) route leads and manage projects, estimates, and proposals; (c) process vendor bills, budgets, and receivables; (d) communicate with you and franchise stakeholders; (e) enable integrations you connect; (f) maintain security, compliance, and audit trails; and (g) improve and develop the Platform.
We process information pursuant to the franchise relationship, our performance of a contract with you, your consent, and our legitimate business interests in operating the Platform and the franchise network.
We may share information: (a) within the franchise network, between the Company and authorized franchisees and personnel as needed for operations; (b) with service providers and processors under appropriate obligations; (c) with third-party integrations you connect (see below); and (d) when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
When you (or your franchise location) connect an integration, data is exchanged with that provider under its own terms. Examples include: QuickBooks (Intuit) — approved bills are pushed and vendor/bill status is pulled; Google Workspace — calendar, email, drive, and tasks; Telecommunications providers — SMS and voice. Connecting an integration is your choice, and the provider's terms govern that relationship.
We retain information for the duration of your authorized access to the Platform and afterward as needed to meet legal, accounting, or contractual obligations, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain information we hold about you by contacting us through the in-app Support page. For consumer-lead information, requests are generally handled by the relevant local franchise location.
The Platform is not directed to individuals under sixteen (16) years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
The Platform is intended for the United States franchise network. Information is primarily stored and processed in the United States.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new version and effective date shown at the top of this document and at /legal/privacy, and may be presented to you upon login.
Questions about this Privacy Policy may be directed to the Company through the in-app Support page or to the legal contact provided by your franchise relationship.
